Shipping

All orders within Australian are charged at a flat rate of $8.50 per order. Australia wide. All orders will be shipped within 48hours - weekends and public holidays excluded.

We ship and track all domestic orders through Australia Post. Please refer to Australia Post website for shipping times. Orders will be shipped from the Gold Coast, QLD

Packing

All Blush Essentials products are packed to protect them from damage whilst in transit. We take special care to ensure that you receive your products in good condition.

Returns

We DO NOT refund or exchange for change of mind. Trial and sample sizes will not be refunded. Full refunds are not available due to the nature of our business.

If you receive your products and there is any faults or damage we will refund in exchange for the return of the faulty items.

We do not accept responsibility for postal charges or lost items when returning/exchanging goods.

If your are not satisfied with your purchase please email blush@blushessentials.com.au within 14 days and we will deal with your concerns professionally and promptly.

Warranty

Please read labels and ingredients thoroughly and follow correct directions of use. An allergy patch test is ALWAYS recommended. Discontinue use if reaction occurs. 

Shelf life

Once opened Blush Essentials Skincare products have a recommended shelf life of 6 months. We use natural preservatives to keep them in their naturally active form.
