We offer a flat rate of $5 shipping for candle orders or orders containing on of our candles due tho the difference in weight and cost as charged by Australia Post.
All orders under the requirement will be charged at a flat rate of $8.50 per order as per Australia Post pricing. Australia wide. All orders will be shipped within 48hours - weekends and public holidays excluded.
We ship and track all domestic orders through Australia Post. Please refer to Australia Post website for shipping times. Orders will be shipped from the Gold Coast, QLD
All Blush Essentials products are packed to protect them from damage whilst in transit. We take special care to ensure that you receive your products in good condition.
We ship our orders using 100% compostable and biodegradable mailers. We use craft paper, plain die shipping boxes and as many eco friendly options as possible when packing your items.
We DO NOT refund or exchange for change of mind. Trial and sample sizes will not be refunded. Full refunds are not available due to the nature of our business.
If you receive your products and there is any faults or damage we will refund in exchange for the return of the faulty items.
We do not accept responsibility for postal charges or lost items when returning/exchanging goods.
